Στη γραμμή Μυκόνου Δήλου δραστηριοποιούνται τρία πλοία της κοινοπραξίας επιβατηγών πλοίων Μυκόνου Δήλου. Είναι το Δήλος Εξπρές, το Μαργαρίτα Χ και το Όρκα. Η διάρκεια του ταξιδίου είναι 30 λεπτά και το κόστος είναι 20€ μετά επιστροφής (δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το κόστος της εισόδου στη Δήλο). Τα δρομολόγια από την 01/11/15 έως 31/03/16 τα δρομολόγια είναι τα εξής: Κάθε Παρασκευή και Κυριακή Από Μύκονο στις 10:00 και επιστροφή από τη Δήλο στις 13:00 Από 01/04/16 έως 31/10/16 τα δρομολόγια είναι τα εξής: Κάθε Δευτέρα από Μύκονο στις 10:00 & 17:00 και επιστροφή από τη Δήλο στις 13:30 & 20:00 Από Τρίτη έως Κυριακή από Μύκονο στις 09:00-10:00, 11:30 & 17:00 και επιστροφή από τη Δήλο στις 12:00, 13:30, 15:00 & 20:00 Υ.:Γ: Μερικές φορές υπάρχουν και έξτρα δρομολόγια εάν υπάρχει αυξημένη κίνηση με τα κρουαζιερόπλοια.
