Angelos
Greece’s Hellenic Shipyards (HSY) has offloaded a rail unit to German rail car maker Dr Meyer. The subsidiary of Germany’s ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TMS) said it sold the rolling-stock company ETYE for an undisclosed amount. HSY sold out because the company did not fit TMS’ core businesses. The yard, acquired by TMS in 2005, is the largest shipyard company in the eastern Mediterranean. Source: TradeWinds
