Nick the Greek
Indeed, looks as if the ship will be "as is, where is" for a long, long time.
Nicksy58
Would they make more than 2.700.000 if they sold it for scrapping?
Nick the Greek
It's not that simple. According to the Greek legislation, from the moment there are arrest orders in place, she has to be auctioned, she cannot be just sold to one particular party. Whatever money is in the end earned following the auction(that is after auction and judicial costs are deducted) are then distributed to the creditors according to a specific priority list, defined by the law of each country. Esperos Papadaskalopoulos
For some reason Blue Star Chios seems to be sending BS Delos's AIS signal from time to time. Who's got the transponder with him? What is the oldest conventional ferry in Greece still in active duty? Aeolis is from 1968. Any others ships from the 60's? Which active ship has had the longest career in Greek waters? Which active ship has worked the longest time with the same name in Greek waters?

So no timetables available yet.
TomJ
Is the tanker Filiatra still in use? She used to be on a regular run on the Perama-Aegina route, haven’t seen her for a while.
Nick the Greek
Took close to 200 years of Greece as a State, to ensure that Aegina island is now connected by pipeline to the mainland in terms of fresh water supply. As a result, all those water tankers are I believe out of job.
