Yes, as @Nick the Greeksaid, I think it's all connected with Moby/Tirrenia survival. (At least I can think this as a reasonable motivation, having read italian articles and followed Onorato's events). Cruise Olbia got a re-blading retrofit, so her actual max speed is about 25/26 knots. I don't know if Ausonia got too.
